Finally i had some free time to work on the first skin and experimenting a new metal effect (note the landscape's reflection on the wheel) that looks really interesting. more skins added soon..i know many want the model now but if those are the result i want rework each single texture to have result as those ones. |

Those skins look great so far...I was wondering though, the rivets on the first skin seem to be a bit on the large side.
Actually, the skin on the Duck was quite smooth as the rivets were nearly flush to the skin. Take a look at this link and you'll see what I mean...

making them little will looks really bad and near to be invisible and personally i don't like them after have seen the result ,so after tried, this is the best compromise actually. It's normal that with few skins looks better and with some not...not all skins have good visualization

there will be also two versions with different antennas and a murphy's war version from the peter o'tools movie, i have receive them tonight and seems all ok with them...i will upload some screens tomorrow or as i have time...probably there will be two separate packs on sale...too much material for only one... six models, many many skins and probably an USC COAST GUARD scenery and missions.
there is so much to do that this will take much time i thought...release hope before end of month..after the many skins i still have to work on others models fields.

This is going to be a bit off-topic, but I was looking at your banner for Golden Age aircraft; you have a picture of Grumman's beautiful Gulfhawk as representing that time period. I think it was an F3f painted orange as a demonstrator.
The last time anyone did that model was for FS2002 and it was built by Aeroplane Heaven. It was a pretty nice piece of work but it would be a real joy to see one fly in FSX.
Is there any chance of you building that gorgeous aircraft in the near future?
There are many of us who would love to be able to fly that plane in the sim.
BR's,
mal

if you mean this one yes it's possible we take this one on cosideration for the autumn, it depends how goes sales during this period, i think i will build principally us planes nextly...when we finish the fieseler 156 we will start a p38, then a tempest or typhoon and then could be the f3f's turn

That looks as though it was modified in the cockpit area. They appear to have lengthened the cockpit and canopy.

Looking forward to all of those...we have great fun flying the Gladiator in multiplayer.
Now...back to the Duck!

I'm very impatient to test this marvel. My grangranfather was a french polynesian man, who navigate as civil sailor into the Pacific and have a lot of friends in the US Navy. I had seen (but lost now) a photography with him and his friends near a Duck (Malaysia ?). Please Chrismas in approaching... |

Well, we have not heard anything about the Duck for quite some time!
Is it still being worked on?
Quite a few of us were really looking forward to getting our hands on this beauty,
so an update would be appreciated.
