after a bad experience with an user and a forum...i m starting to understand another company that has closed forum and started being less coperative with customers....seems that if you are helpfull than people feel free to write also offensive comments...usually i really become very bad with those people..in any way i can...also loosing an old customer...to be offensive is not well accepted here....and if someone says something not objective on our models i become bad...especially if is not true.
